UCAS

University and College Application

Cambridge University UCAS is the Universities and Colleges Admissions Service which is where students can apply to British schools. Most schools in England use this system. Click here for a link to their home page.

For the past three years I have been helping students with the UCAS application process and it has been a tremendous pleasure. I am available to help any time from 8am-5pm during my non-teaching hours. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask.

The first deadline is October 15th ONLY If you are applying Oxbridge (Oxford or Cambridge). Once you submit your application on this deadline you cannot change it even if you are applying to other schools. The deadline for those of you not applying to Oxbridge is January 15th.

When you register make sure you register with our school as opposed to an individual. As for payment, you do not have to pay right away.

All your test scores must be filled in. At a later date you will submit proof of your scores such as Advanced Placement examinations, SAT I and II, ACT, IELTS or TOEFL. If you are going to take these tests again please leave them blank and submit the scores at a later date. You will be asked to write in estimated scores. Be accurate!

Finally, as you go through this site, make sure you do your research on the specific schools you want to apply for. You are only allowed to submit one personal statement so if you plan on applying to various majors or are undecided, British schools may not be the best for you.
